- Is it truly fully autonomous?
- Yes. No app, no internet, no Bluetooth. Just you and your Synaptic.
- Is there a warranty?
- Yes, 1 year for normal-use wear and tear. The buttons are tested to 100,000 vertical presses. Damage from mishandling, such as sitting on it, dropping it or pressing the buttons at an angle, isn’t covered.
- I’m left-handed. Can I use it?
- Yes. Synaptic was designed for both hands and can be set up to work left-handed.
- How do I check the battery?
- When you switch it on, Synaptic tells you the battery level straight away.
- What is the USB-C cable for?
- Charging, and updating Synaptic when new features and routines come out. It’s a data cable that’s guaranteed to work with Synaptic.
- How do I get new features?
- You get a link to an updater web page that updates your Synaptic in a few clicks. Use Google Chrome.
- Does any effect depend on language?
- No. Synaptic works in any language.
