Where Items Ship From

We ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. In some rare situations, we ship directly from the creator to you. 

We work directly with trusted creators and premium suppliers to bring you the best in modern magic. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, depending on where each item is fulfilled from.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00 USD (before taxes and shipping) to:

  • Canada

  • Contiguous United States

Free shipping exclusions include:

  • Blind Boxes

  • Fire Wand

  • Almighty Wand

  • Other oversized or restricted items (as noted on product pages)

Processing Times

Vancouver Warehouse (Canada Fulfillment)

  • Orders ship weekly on Thursdays (excluding holidays)

Global Partner Fulfillment

  • Some items ship directly from our international brand and creator partners

  • Processing time depends on the creator’s location and their local carrier

If your order includes items from multiple locations, it will be shipped in separate packages with varying delivery timelines.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery speed depends on the location from which the item ships. These are estimates only:

Vancouver Warehouse 

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • USA: 12–17 business days

  • International: 20–45 business days

Global Partner Fulfillment

  • USA & Canada: 10–25 business days

  • International: 20–45 business days

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held until the pre-order ships.

  • Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page

  • Pre-orders do not follow standard shipping timelines

  • If you want in-stock items to ship first, please place a separate order

Duties, Taxes & Customs-related Fees

We ship from Canada and trusted international partners. To give you more control over how duties are handled, we offer two checkout options:

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid (Canada Post only)

Select Canada Post as your carrier at checkout to use this option. Applicable duties are estimated and collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges at the door. There is no markup; we pass the cost through directly.

Please note that duty amounts are estimates based on available product information at the time of your order. In some cases, additional duties may be assessed at the border if product details such as country of origin or classification codes are incomplete. Any additional charges assessed upon delivery remain the buyer's responsibility.

DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid (all other carriers)

If you select UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, your shipment will be sent DDU. Duties and customs fees are not collected at checkout. You will be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees before taking possession of your package.

Regardless of which method you choose:

  • We do not undervalue or mislabel shipments. If another store promises to "bypass customs," they may not be operating legally.
  • If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned or destroyed:
    • No refund will be issued for shipping
    • Store credit may be issued (minus return/customs costs) only if we receive the item in resellable condition
    • If the package is damaged or destroyed, no credit or refund will be issued

Address & Language Restrictions

  • Our system only supports English-language addresses

  • Non-English characters or symbols will delay your order while we confirm the details

  • We cannot change the recipient info after dispatch

  • If you request a change after shipping, carrier correction fees will apply (at your expense). This service is not guaranteed, as carriers may refuse. 

✅ Always double-check your shipping address, especially when using autofill or express checkout options like Shop Pay or Apple Pay

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your property – porch, side door, lobby, mailbox, etc.

  2. Ask others – roommates, neighbours, reception, or building staff.

  3. Wait 24–48 hours – Carriers sometimes scan packages early.

  4. Contact the carrier – They may provide GPS scan data or delivery details.

  5. Still missing? Reach out to our support team. We’ll do our best to help.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
