Refund policy
We’re here to make sure your magic works. If something isn’t right, we’ll help fix it as long as we both follow the rules.
We’re a small, independent store that supports creators directly. That means every return affects real people. Our policy is designed to be fair for you and sustainable for us.
Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange (no refund).

Items must be unused, unopened, and in sellable condition, with all original packaging intact.

If the product is faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or issue store credit, and cover standard return shipping if approved in advance.

If the product is not faulty, return shipping is your responsibility.

If your order shipped initially for free, we’ll deduct the actual shipping cost from your credit.
International Orders: Import Duties & Taxes
Import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility.
If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us:

It will be treated as a non-compliant return.

No refund will be issued for the original shipping or return shipping costs.

Any customs or return fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
Cards, DVDs & Opened Products

Playing cards and DVDs must be returned sealed in their original shrink wrap.

Opened decks are returnable only if there’s a manufacturer defect.

Faulty DVDs will be replaced with a working copy.
Digital Products

All digital items—downloads, streaming tutorials, ebooks, etc. are final sale.
Once you receive access, there’s nothing physical to return.
Final Sale Items

All digital, promotional, or heavily discounted items (30%+ off) are final sale.

This includes (but is not limited to):
Blind Boxes, Mystery Decks, Santa Sacks, Bundles, Clearance items, and select limited-time offers.
🚨 Important: You MUST Get a RAN Before Returning
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Before returning anything, please get in touch with our support team to explain the issue.
If approved, we’ll issue a RAN and provide return instructions.
Returns sent without a valid RAN will be refused and returned at your cost.
We want to be fair, but returns must follow proper procedure.
This protects everyone, especially creators.
