Changed your mind
Send back any physical item within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. It needs to be unused and unopened, in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours to cover, and if your order shipped free, the original shipping comes off your credit.
Arrived faulty or damaged
We’ll replace it or give you store credit, opened or not. Get the return approved first and we cover standard return shipping too.
A few exceptions
- Playing cards and DVDs come back sealed in their shrink wrap, unless there’s a manufacturer defect.
- Downloads, streaming lessons and ebooks are final sale.
- Promotional items and anything 30% off or more are final sale, including blind boxes, mystery decks, Santa sacks, bundles and clearance.

Get in touch first and we’ll give you a return number (RAN). Returns sent without one are refused. A real magician at the store will get back to you.
