The magician presents two small goblets, each holding four coins. With a wave, one goblet now contains three coins while the other holds five. With a snap of the fingers, one goblet has six coins while the other has only two. Ultimately, all eight coins magically converge into one goblet, earning the effect its name, "Cups of the Eight Immortals."
This routine offers strong interaction and an engaging performance. It doesn't rely on highly advanced coin-handling skills but rather a clever mechanism within the goblets, making it an impressive coin magic apparatus.
We decided to redesign these cups and give them a completely new look. After careful consideration, we selected Cambodian Rosewood as the primary material. Each cup is meticulously hand-polished, resulting in the stunning Immortal Wineglass.
The optimized dimensions of the cup, in conjunction with other classic coin props, allow you to perform magical effects seamlessly. It pairs beautifully with various sleight-of-hand techniques for other teleportation and transposition effects. You can even showcase an impressive routine using just one of the goblets.
