Most orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver. Some items ship directly from creators and brand partners around the world, which means an order containing items from different locations may arrive in separate packages, on different timelines.

Orders over $75 USD before taxes and shipping ship free to Canada and the contiguous United States. Blind boxes, fire wands, and other oversized or restricted items are excluded, as noted on their product pages.
Duties and customs: how to avoid surprises
When a package crosses a border, import duties and taxes may apply. We offer two options at checkout:
- Canada Post (Delivered Duty Paid): estimated duties are collected at checkout, passed through at cost with no markup, so there's usually nothing to pay at the door. Occasionally, additional charges may still be assessed at the border.
- UPS, FedEx, and other carriers (Delivered Duty Unpaid): duties aren't collected at checkout. You pay any import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees before the carrier releases your package.
We don't undervalue or mislabel shipments. If a store promises to "bypass customs," treat that as a warning sign.
Pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order is held until the pre-order ships. If you want in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
