In order to comply with the new (Nov. 16,2022) COVID - 19 work safety plan, while meeting the busy holiday season we have made adjustment to our shipping workflow.
We are also working with Shopify Fulfillment Network (SFN) to bring you the best shipping price possible! Some products have been relocate to the SFN location (in USA) in order to reduce shipping fee. Once everything is all set we will update this page accordingly.
We offer free shipping for orders within Canada and Contiguous United States.
Canada: Orders over $50 USD (shipping and tax excluded)
Contiguous United States: Orders over $90 USD (shipping and tax excluded)
We now dispatch TWICE a week, on Tuesday & Thursday (9 am - 5 pm PST).
Orders after 2 pm PST on Thursday will get process the following week.
Our shopping cart determines its rates based on the actual shipping costs based on the weight of your order. The majority of our orders are sent using Canada Post or UPS from our warehouse in Vancouver TWICE a week. Sometimes we ship from other locations to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible. If a pre-order item is schedule to ship on Monday, it will still get ship on the regular schedule dispatch date.
Please note: For if your order contains a pre-order item it will be on hold and ship along with the pre-order item.
And we don't cut corners on packaging either. We realize how important it is to receive your magic in pristine condition, so we work really hard to package your products better than any other magic shop!
We currently do not take rush order. If you need your the product before a certain date. Please contact us directly to make special arrangement.
If you picked a Free Shipping or Canada Post service, based on previous orders, arrival times are normally around:
Canada: 4 - 10 business days
USA: 10 - 15 business days
Rest of the world: 12 - 30 business days
If you pick an UPS service, based on previous orders, arrival times are normally around:
Canada: 3 - 7 business days
US: 4 - 8 business days
Rest of the world: 7-12 business days
Please note that UPS has temporary remove the delivery time guaranteed service due to COVID and global logistic delays.
These times aren't guaranteed though; they're just rough estimates based on when other orders have arrived. We're always happy to hear from you if you have concerns, but please remember that speed of delivery is in the hands of the postal service and we have no way of speeding them up after a package has been dispatched.
Other important information
Please be aware of that we are unable to change any receiver information once the package has been dispatch from our warehouse.
Be sure to double check your address information at checkout. If you use any express checkout or auto fill function, please double check the the preset are correct.
Carriers may charge a fee for any information change. This fee will be buyer responsibility.
