Hi  friend
UPDATE:  Nov 22, 2024:
If you have selected Canada Post option we will automatically change the shipment to UPS option. We will also absorb any additional cost throughout the duration of the strike.
Thank you for shopping with us during this unpredictable time.
------

We wanted to provide some context about the current Canada Post national strike, announced on November 15, 2024, and what it means for your orders—especially with Black Friday just around the corner.

What’s Happening

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has initiated a nationwide strike, suspending all Canada Post operations. This means mail and parcel processing and delivery through Canada Post have been temporarily paused.

Our Commitment to You

We rely on Canada Post to offer you affordable rates on smaller packages. However, we understand how important it is to avoid delays during this crucial shopping period. That’s why we’re actively working with alternative carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to secure the best possible rates for shipping your orders during this time.

What You Can Expect
  • For most orders shipping from our U.S. warehouse, there will be no disruptions.
  • If your order requires shipping from Canada, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative method with updated delivery timelines.
We understand this situation is less than ideal, especially as Black Friday approaches, but we’re committed to getting your orders to you as efficiently as possible.

Thank you for your patience and support while we navigate this together. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the Contact Us page

Thank you again,
The Online Magic Store Team.
